Robin Rowland, Firmenchef der britischen Restaurant-Kette Yo! Sushi, plant in den nächsten 5 Jahren, 10 weitere Restaurants in Schottland zu eröffnen. Die Investitionen für diese Projekte werden sich auf ca. 3,5 - 6 Millionen Pfund belaufen. Vor 18 Monaten feierte das erste Yo! Sushi Restaurant im ‚Silverburn Shopping Centre’ seine Eröffnung. Das zweite Restaurant dieser Kette, findet man nun auch im ‚House of Fraser’ in Glasgow. Im japanischen Stil „laufen“ die Zutaten für die Sushi-Gerichte auf einem Förderband an dem Kunden vorbei. Rowland geht mit dem Trend und ist sich sicher, gerade in der modernen Metropole Glasgow, mit dieser Art eines ‚pitstop’-Restaurants genau richtig zu liegen. Sushi ist die Pizza des 21. Jahrhunderts-so Rowland!
