A bus service running daily from the city centre will take passengers to Glengoyne distillery, to sample the award winning malt and see first hand the painstaking process of how it is made. The Whisky Bus departs from outside the Tourist Information Centre in George Square and can collect passengers at selected city centre hotels including, Hilton Glasgow, Radisson SAS, Marriott, Jurys Inn, Crowne Plaza and Thistle Hotel. The Glengoyne experience starts as soon as the 35 minute journey begins, with an on-board screening of a taster film, which tells the story of distillery and the Glengoyne malt it produces. On arrival at the distillery, visitors will be treated to a wee tasting tour, nosing competition and a dram. For dates, times and further information, visit: www.thewhiskybus.co.uk
