Michelin-Sterne auf Englands Erden!

Kürzlich wurde der neue Michelin-Guide für England veröffentlicht. Die Michelin-Sterne beweisen: In England kann es sich der Gast schmecken lassen. Der Trend geht eindeutig hin zur Verwendung lokaler und saisonaler Produkte. Die Köche reagieren auf das Bedürfnis der Gäste, genau zu erfahren, woher die zubereiteten Lebensmittel stammen. Spürbar wird auch die Tendenz weg von der "Fusion"- Küche (hier handelt es sich um eher exotische Rezepte), hin zu einem europäisch geprägten Kochstil.
